A modern five-bedroom townhouse built for a full house of guests
Living, cooking and dining sit upstairs and open onto a covered balcony. Downstairs there is a second lounge, more bedrooms and a courtyard with an undercover area — so the house works whether you are eleven people or five.
Upstairs
The kitchen runs along one wall with a dining table beside it, so whoever is cooking stays in the conversation. There's a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, plus room for a proper grocery shop.
Sliding doors open onto the covered balcony with alfresco dining and the BBQ. The upstairs living room sits alongside, with a Smart TV and reverse-cycle heating and cooling.
Downstairs
The second living area gives kids and teenagers somewhere of their own, with the laundry — washing machine and dryer — tucked in beside it.
Sliding doors lead to the grassy courtyard and a paved undercover area, handy for wet gear, sandy feet and a shaded seat out of the afternoon sun.
