Extended family trips
Four queen rooms and a tri-bunk room mean grandparents, parents and kids all get a proper bed, and nobody is stuck on a fold-out in the lounge.
Group stays
Up to 11 guests across five bedrooms, with four bathrooms and two living areas. It's a house that suits people travelling together who still want somewhere to sit quietly.

Four queen rooms and a tri-bunk room mean grandparents, parents and kids all get a proper bed, and nobody is stuck on a fold-out in the lounge.
Two living areas across two levels let each family have their own patch when they want it, and a single dining table when it matters.
Bedrooms are spread across both floors, so early risers and late sleepers aren't sharing a wall.
A full kitchen, alfresco dining and the BBQ upstairs make long lunches easy — with the beach a couple of hundred metres away.
The bathroom count is the part groups notice first. With four, a house of eleven gets out the door in the morning without a roster.
The second living area downstairs takes the pressure off the main space — particularly useful on a rainy afternoon with kids in the house.

This is a residential street and a family house. Parties and events are not accepted, and Schoolies bookings are not accepted at any time of year. Groups booking the house are expected to be considerate of neighbours.
